Ruby on Rails Upgrade and Management Potential

Finally got the comsui.com site upgraded from Ruby on Rails .9.x to 2.0.2.  Way to many little deprecations and a few big defecations.   Next, getting the spiders and robots working properly.  With the huge loss of jobs it will be interesting to see how the number of available jobs fluctuates.

And for those with management potential...
